How to submit your recipe
Here’s how to submit:
Send all submissions to:
Title submissions: Recipe w/ photos
(attach jpeg photos)
Follow Submission guidelines —->
Name of recipe. What kind if ‘diet’ or food habits does this follow? (Vegan, Vegetarian, Paleo, Keto, etc.)
Create a list of ingredients - [Provide pics if possible]
Provide Instructions with photos of the process.
Provide Photo of the end result.

Body: Follow Submission Guidelines
[Attach photos, or photo collage of dish]
Fresh greens mix
Lemon or Lime
EVOO or other healthy oil of your choice
Pink Salt , or Sea Salt
No Salt Herb Blend
Optional ingredients: Bell Peppers, Cucumber, Mushroom, Onion
1. Wash all veggies
2. Cut veggies, and mash avocado
3. Mix all ingredients/Squeeze lemon
5. Let sit for a few minutes for the lemon dressing to infuse.
