Please visit your nearest post office to learn more about renting a PO Box, receiving packages from different carriers, and more helpful mailing information!
Most PO boxes can be purchased for $28/6 months and $56/year, or purchased online for $14/3 months.
Tip: Keep a close eye on your tracking. Packages can end up in other places of delivery. Note which day your package is to arrive, if it arrives and you can’t find it, look at who signed for it. If you can’t find a package, the FB Yosemite Exchange is a place where you can post about lost packages.
Getting things Shipped by General Delivery
If you don’t have a PO Box but need to get something shipped, you can use General Delivery to any of the post offices. Here’s how to get that addressed:

General Delivery only works with USPS (United Stated Postal Service) packages. FedEx or UPS items may get turned around. Getting tracking for all packages is encouraged.

GETTING A LIBRARY CARD
As a seasonal or permanent employee of our park, please feel welcome at your Mariposa County Library Branch here in Yosemite Village.
To get a Library Card, one must first get a PO Box here in Mariposa County, El Portal or Yosemite Village. Come in during our business hours, fill out a short form, and begin getting some books!
The Post Office is great to get acquainted with how to receive packages here in Yosemite. Ask one of the clerks to walk you through it to ensure your packages don’t get sent to the Housing Office for Yosemite Hospitality.
