The Yosemite Employee Association (YEA) is a non-profit organization open to all employees who work or live in Yosemite and its surrounding areas

The goal of YEA is to build morale and a sense of community by finding ways for us to stand beside one another outside of our work setting. Monies raised by fundraising events are used to support employees of the Yosemite area, their families, and the community. YEA holds four annual events- St. Patrick's Day Celebration, Spring Fling, Oktoberfest, and Winter Social- along with organizing the bi-monthly Sal's Taco nights in El Portal. Come join the fun at any of these events!

Rent the El Portal Community Hall

To Rent the Hall for Private or Community Events:

To rent or reserve the Hall for private or community events that are not sponsored by the National Park Service, follow these steps:

  1. Check the Community Hall calendar to see when the Hall is available

  2. Review the Hall Rental Rates

  3. Review the Hall Use Regulations

  4. Review the Hall Cleaning Checklist

  5. Complete the online Hall Rental Request Form at the bottom of the linked page.

  6. Once you've submitted the Hall Rental Request, the Hall Manager will get back to you within a few days to finalize your reservation and provide instructions for making any payments that are due.
